Acceptance of These Terms
By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or allowing Dog Gone Duty LLC to perform work at your property, you agree to the terms described on this page. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact us before starting service.
Service
Dog Gone Duty LLC provides pet waste removal services for residential properties in Avondale, Arizona and the surrounding West Valley, including Goodyear, Litchfield Park, and Buckeye. Service is performed at the agreed service area during our scheduled hours. Recurring plans include weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly options, and one-time cleanups are available for customers who do not want recurring service.
What Is Included
Every visit includes a full cleanup of the agreed service area, double bagging of collected waste, a gate check before we leave the property, and disposal in your trash bin at no extra charge. Optional add-ons include waste haul-away and yard deodorizing.
Pricing
Pricing is published and billed per visit. Final pricing depends on the number of dogs, service frequency, yard size, and condition. Add-on services such as haul-away and deodorizing are priced separately. Large yards, heavy buildup, extra service areas, more than five dogs, rush service, deodorizing, or waste haul-away can change the final price.
Payment
Cash or check at time of service. An invoice is generated and sent to you after your service is scheduled. Online payment is not required at the time of booking.
Recurring Service & Cancellation
No contract is required. You choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service and can stop before the next service billing cycle. We recommend weekly service at a minimum for the best results, but the schedule is yours to set.
Scheduling & Access
Our current business hours are listed in the footer of this website and in the booking widget when you request service. Safe gate access is required for each visit. If we cannot access the yard, we will contact you to reschedule.
If your gate is locked, please provide access instructions or a gate code in advance so we can reach the service area. For the safety of our team and your pets, please let us know in advance if your dogs will be in the yard during service.
Holidays
Holidays may affect your regular service day. If you are on a recurring plan, your service provider will contact you two weeks before the holiday to arrange a new service date.
Weather & Rescheduling
We work in extreme heat and light rain. In heavy rain, we will reschedule your visit and contact you to arrange the next available service day.
Waste Disposal
Collected waste is double bagged. Disposal in your trash bin is included at no extra charge. Haul-away, where we remove the collected waste from your property, is available for an added fee of $10 per visit.
Deodorizing & Odor Treatment
Yard deodorizing is an add-on at $15 per visit or $25 as a standalone service. It is an odor treatment only. It is not sanitizing or disinfecting and does not make claims about eliminating bacteria or germs.
Promotions
New customers receive $10 off their initial cleanup on recurring service. This is a limited-time offer for first-time recurring (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) service customers only. The discount applies to the second payment received; the initial payment is not eligible for the discount. We confirm the current offer and any terms when you request service.
Limitations
Dog Gone Duty LLC provides pet waste removal and odor treatment. We do not provide sanitizing, disinfecting, or pest control, and we make no health or germ-kill claims. Service is performed with reasonable care at the agreed service area.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
