Initial cleanups range from $50 to $100+. The exact quote depends on yard condition, the amount of accumulated waste, and the number of dogs. Your $10 promotional discount is credited on your initial invoice.

Do you offer one-time cleanups for parties or move-outs?

Yes. One-time cleanups start at $50 for a light yard reset, $60–$80 for yards with several weeks of accumulation, and $100+ for large or multi-dog overdue yards. Custom quotes are available for events or move-in/move-out.

Do I need to be home when you clean my yard?

No. Most of our clients are at work or running errands during our visit. As long as we have clear, safe access to your backyard (unlocked gate or gate code provided), we handle everything.

Can my dogs be outside during service?

If your dogs are friendly and comfortable with visitors, we love meeting them. If your dog is protective, anxious, or aggressive with unfamiliar people, we ask that they remain inside during our visit for everyone's safety.

What happens if my gate is locked?

Please ensure your gate is unlocked or provide your gate combination in your customer notes before your service day. If we arrive and can't access the yard, we'll contact you immediately.

What happens to the waste?

We bag it up. Add Waste Haul-Away for +$10 per visit and we take all bagged waste off your property so your trash bin stays fresh and odor-free.

Do you offer yard deodorizing?

Yes. We offer kennel-grade, pet-safe outdoor deodorizing. Added to a waste removal visit it's +$15 per visit. As a standalone treatment without waste pickup it's $25.

What happens if it rains or there's a monsoon?

In Arizona, occasional extreme monsoon downpours may make scooping unsafe or ineffective. In those rare events, we communicate promptly and service your yard as soon as conditions clear safely.
