How It Works

A Cleaner Yard in 3 Simple Steps

Starting service with Dog Gone Duty is easy. No contracts, no complicated setup — just a dependable schedule and a clean yard.

01

Choose Your Service

Pick weekly, every-other-week, monthly, or a one-time cleanup. Weekly is our most popular plan and keeps your yard consistently clean. Tell us how many dogs share your yard so we can confirm your rate.

02

We Scoop On Schedule

Our team visits your yard on your set service day. You don't need to be home — just leave gate access. We walk the full yard, scoop every bit of waste, double-check gate latches, and lock up before we leave.

03

Enjoy Your Yard

Spend your weekends with your dogs and your family instead of hunting for waste with a bag. Recurring billing is simple, there are no contracts, and you can pause or cancel anytime.

What to Expect

Your Questions, Answered Up Front

These are the things customers ask before they start. Here's exactly how service works in the West Valley.

See all FAQs

Do I need to be home?

No. Most customers are at work or running errands. As long as we have safe gate access, we handle everything.

What about my dogs?

Friendly dogs can stay outside. If your dog is protective or anxious with strangers, we ask that they stay inside during service for everyone's safety.

What happens to the waste?

We bag it up. Add Waste Haul-Away (+$10/visit) and we take it off-site so your trash bin stays fresh.

How do I pay?

Simple per-visit billing with no long-term contracts. Pause or cancel anytime.

Can I cancel?

Yes. No contracts and no lock-in. Pause or cancel your service whenever you need.
